Your first visit
Here's what to expect when visiting McCook E-Free Kids for the first time:
When you walk in the main doors of McCook E-Free the check-in desk is directly in front of you. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask you to fill out a registration card with the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
- Parent/guardian name(s)
- Home address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Your birthdate (so we can send you a birthday card)
- Child's name
- Child's birthday
- Grade
- Whether boy/girl
- Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children
- Relationship to the adult
